[bind10-dev] Switching to GIT (and Trac integration)

Subversion write access is disabled (simply by removing all users from 
the bind10svn group). Soon I will turn off the Subversion access all 
together.

Git is available. See

Trac was upgraded to 0.12.1. It shows the Git source tree for now.
If you notice any problems with Trac please let me know.
At this time, trac is running via Apache HTTPD using mod_fcgi.
(Later I may compare with mod_wsgi.)
