Names like libbind10-dnsacl make sense to me. I don't think we need to
worry about keeping these names short, as ideally they won't be typed
much by people, and I think libbind10-dnsacl is slightly clearer than
libb10-dnsacl.
I'm not sure if it makes more sense to use underscore or dash:
libbind10_dnsacl.la
libbind10-dnsacl.la
But either would be better than no prefix.
