I don't have a strong preference on which features (regarding
statistics) we should prioritize, so, if this is a list of what you
want to have first, that's basically fine to me.  My higher level
personal preference is to prioritize things that are unique to BIND
10, which can potentially entice more people to try it.  In that sense
the SNMP interface seems to be a nice feature, but this is just a
comment.

As I mentioned in my previous message, I'd also like us to at least
try to incorporate one visible feature in every snapshot release.
According to your high level revised proposal, that would be
a complete set (or at least a substantially larger number) of auth
module statistics.  My suggestion would then be to plan the next
sprint with broken-down tasks toward that goal.  In this particular
case, that would not be so difficult: I guess it's easy to make
gradual progress in each sprint by adding a certain subset of the
complete planned statistics to the module in each sprint.
