[bind10-dev] sendstats or getstats

As I was documenting bind10 boss, I see getstats.  It is an internal 
command. We also have sendstats which is available to use.

Why both I wondered and from quick look at code I still wonder.

Then I found my old closed ticket: http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/519
that brought up these questions.

Shouldn't we have a single command?

For now what should I document? (Note that I already document the 
internal commands too.)
