I see many two-digit points in one column.  I guess it's from someone
not so familiar with the implementation, and if so, giving higher
numbers basically makes sense.  Yet I think it would be nicer if we
had a more consistent feeling about the meaning of the numbers -
consider an extreme case where someone gives over 1000 points to all
items.  Obviously it won't work any more.

So it would be useful if we had some hint about how to give estimate
points on a wiki page.
