[bind10-dev] valgrind suppressions output

Using valgrind-3.7.0 on CentOS release 5.3 (which provides 3.5.0).

I ran the check-valgrind target and created a suppressions list (using a 
script called ~/parse_valgrind_suppressions.sh on the bind10-testing1 
server).

I then copied the new suppressions list to 
src/valgrind-suppressions.revisit
and used the make check-valgrind-suppress target. I had different 
suppressions and failures.  I did this a few times and attempted merging 
some of the results.

Here are four different (some same) suppressions files:

I didn't setup any wildcards yet. Can someone look at this for some 
suppression list improvements?
