[bind10-dev] statistics plan

Hello,

We JPRS developers have planned on statistics tasks as I attached a
gantt chart on this mail. Our goal is to finish all of what we agreed
on statistics in the last f2f meeting until the beta release upcoming
in Sept.:

We must work hard for accomplishing it.

The chart shows a task in each ticket. That is, it shows when status
of ticket will be reviewing and which sprint the task will be finished
at.  Can we ask someone than JPRS to review when working is done?  We
have roughly estimated how much we will work on each ticket. These
lines are based on that. More tickets are scheduled in latter sprints
but we have considered cost of revising due to feedback of reviewing.
We'll create unpublished tickets before estimation timing for the next
sprint.

Of course, we have considered tasks on per-zone statistics too but I
think we need to carefully measure for knowing how many numbers of
zones can be supported. :)
