Two other build failures also related to this.

I opened a ticket:
	http://bind10.isc.org/ticket/2071

BIND 10 now has libutil.so.1 and the system already has
libutil.so.1 provided by glibc, for example:

/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libutil.so.1
/lib32/libutil.so.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libutil.so

Also FreeBSD, NetBSD, and others provide libutil.so of various versions.

We were lucky before because the use of libutil.so.0 wasn't provided by
any system.

Let's rename it. Anyone care for a name like libb10util or libbind10util
or other?

The rename should be easy but some time to do the tests on the various
build machines. I'd like to have this handled before the release (which
is being done now and I planned to announce tomorrow morning).
