Hi,
I'm about to merge trac1640. This will remove the --with-botan
configure flag. It is be replaced by --with-botan-config, and its
argument takes the botan-config[-version] script directly (instead of
the 'install path' of --with-botan).
If you build from git, and use that flag, depending on why, you may
need to update your build scripts.
- - If you use it because it failed earlier due to bad output of
pkg-config or because the botan-config it found was the wrong one, you
can just remove it (or leave it in and it should be ignored)
- - If you use it because your botan resides in a non-standard and
out-of-default-paths location, you will need to update your build setup
I have tried these changes out on a number of systems (and we ran it
through buildbot), but of course chances are that it still fails
somewhere, please let me know if that is so :)
