[bind10-dev] failed unittests

The failure happened in Dhcpv6SrvTest::Solicit_basic.  I temporarily
disabled this test as all DHCPv6 developers have gone.  Please fix it
at the earliest opportunity.

From a quick look some destructor threw an exception under
NakedDhcpv6Srv().
