Sorry; slightly more what-was-originally-intended: if a component of
type needed fails immediately, bind10 should give up (as it is highly
likely it will either not run a needed module, or go into an eternal
restart loop). If that is not in the guide we need to either fix the
guide, or reassess this behaviour :)

Thanks. log4cplus 1.1.0 may be useful information, I don't know how
many of us run that. I assume the goal is to not get that message at
all? (come to think of it, did you notice anything else there, like
things not being logged? hard to tell with all log messages, but still)
