I didn't notice then.

But today, I did a dig against my resolver and no 
RESOLVER_DNS_MESSAGE_SENT nor RESOLVER_DNS_MESSAGE_RECEIVED was logged. 
I checked my configuration and it had DEBUG with debuglevel 100. I tried 
again and this time they were both logged. I couldn't reproduce.
