Would it be possible to include these two topics (probably with lower priority,
since they are not really that important):

 • I'm getting the impression I'm doing more reviews than tasks. I'd like to ask
   others what is their situation, if they are the same (and the amount of
   reviews is bigger than the amount of tasks done due to some kind of anomaly
   in space-time or psychology).
 • It seems there's no clear consensus about #include < > vs #include " ". I
   have my own view about what is correct, but we may want to clarify it (and
   put it to the coding style guideline and be forgotten there like the rest).
