=> I noticed the same in other projects so IMHO the time for reviewing
is always underestimated. Simply.

PS: when the second point will be done I signal there is the initial
WIN32 port ticket (and branch) to review (oops! something for the
first point but in this case the reviewing time is marginal compared
to the developing one :-).
