[bind10-dev] Simplification of the memory manager

Hello

I created bunch of tickets for the work outlined in previous email. They are
tickets #3122-#3133. They all have the „Feature depending on ticket“ set to
shmem manager.

However, I'm not sure I described the work clearly. And that the dependencies
are accurate (I still have the feeling that if we want to never break anything,
there's a circular dependency somewhere in there). I don't know if it would be
done easier just me digging into the code, throwing out half of the guts and
producing something that works, then providing the tests and fixing what is
left. But then, it would be hard to review I guess.

Also, these tickets may be removed/closed then:
• 2858
• 2863
• 2864 (replaced by 3115)
• 2919
• 2920
• 2921

I'm keeping them open for now, until we decide.
