The old centos 5.3 builder was also purposed for doing performance and
resource usage tests, so it only did its automated builds once per day
(so often had failure reports much delayed). I also did some tests of
the mysql for kea on it, but since I plan to automate that also, I
didn't want to deal with more things in use on a system where I also do
performance and resource usage tests. (This was real hardware and not a
virtual machine.)
So I installed a new vmware system using CentOS 5.8. The 5.x series is
very lacking in packages or has old software. I will make a wiki page
about its installation. (Now I see a wiki page for
http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/CentOS61.)
The python is 3.3.0. It has a new build failure:
http://git.bind10.isc.org/~tester/builder/BIND10-valgrind/20130107164002-CentOS5-x86_64-GCC/logs/unittests.out
I reset the valgrind suppressions list. (Not using the long suppressions
I had before.) So there are regressions for it:
http://git.bind10.isc.org/~tester/builder/BIND10-valgrind/20130107164002-CentOS5-x86_64-GCC/logs/valgrind.out
(I probably should have used older python and created a ticket for this
to be fixed in advance. I also should setup a new valgrind suppressions
list, but it was ignored so I think it is better to have it complain.)
I will setup the automated mysql kea tests on it soon.
