Is it really IXFR update, or does it fallback to AXFR for some reason? (it
probably can be found in the logs somewhere).
If it is IXFR, then the update should be fast. The only thing it could probably
be is sqlite3 updating the indices. It seems sqlite3 isn't particularly fast
when the database is large.
