I looked at all of the remaining tickets in the shared memory work, and
with the current development rate it looks like we'll be done at the
end of October.

3rd milestone done 2013-08-20
4th milestone done 2013-09-17
5th milestone done 2013-10-15
6th milestone done 2013-10-29
