[bind10-dev] 1.2.0 release schedule

I am doing the beta release of BIND10 1.2.0 this week. This is mostly a 
huge maintenance update since the last release.

I will branch today and generate the beta tarball and write the 
announcement tomorrow and ask for some review.
I expect to post the tarball and signatures to the FTP site Thursday 
morning and announce.

I plan to do prepare the release candidate next week, but I have a few 
days of personal time off next week so I have limited time. If we don't 
have any problems with the beta, then I may be able to publish and 
announce the release candidate next week or do it during our all-hands 
the following week.

I plan to prepare the final 1.2.0 and publish by March 27.
