[bind10-dev] 1.2.0 release schedule

I have had some delays. We had two distcheck failures caught and now 
fixed at different times.

I also saw that various hooks files were installed outside of the target 
installation directory, such as:

/home/jreed/tmp/staging/data/users/jreed/src/bind10-1.2.0beta1/src/lib/hooks/tests/libnvl.so
and
/home/jreed/tmp/staging/data/users/jreed/src/bind10-1.2.0beta1/src/hooks/dhcp/user_chk/libdhcp_user_chk.a
and others

I opened a ticket for this

I don't understand the hooks, but it appears that maybe it won't work as 
expected? Or at the minimum, the files shouldn't be installed at all and 
especially not to wrong locations.

Should this be fixed before the beta1?
