 A Visual Stdio 2008 (aka 9.0) solution file, one project file for
 binary/DLL/etc.
 BTW it is easy to downgrade to VS 2005 and fully standard to upgrade to VS
 2010.
 Each DLL includes a dllmain.cc file (should be the same everywhere).
 I don't know what to put at the top in the solution or even if something
 is needed.
