 Saved Visual Studio 2010 files:
  - bind10 solution
  - BINDInstall project (my idea is to copy bind9 one)
  - iscesc project (aka src/lib/exceptions / libexecptions.a)
  - iscesc_tests project (aka src/lib/exceptions/tests / run_unittests)
  - iscdns project (aka src/lib/dns / libdns++.a)
  - iscdns_tests project (aka src/lib/dns/tests / run_unittests)
 In the last one, the pre-build is to be finished.
 I don't know yet where the libraries will be installed so the names...
 (BTW it doesn't matter as they are not DLLs :-)
