 Have an option so we can set our own source ports (instead of operating
 system). (For example, some operating systems use sequential source ports
 and not randomized.)

 (09:47:30) stephen: I've just had a look at the Boost documentation and it
 seems that we can create a native port, that ask Boost to use that for its
 I/O.  So we should be able to control the port numbers ourselves.
