 Again I want to make my goal clear for this ticket: I want to easily be
 able to use same installation prefix to run multiple bind10 instances; for
 example run one with resolver on some ports and then auth on different
 ports (or interfaces) and use bindctl to configure, etc. This would make
 it more useful for various simultaneous tests.
