 Remove the server-wide Xfrin/master_addr and Xfrin/master_port.

Implement per-zone configurations for the master address and port. This
probably should be done in Zonemgr (and not Xfrin).

BIND 9 allows defining a name to a list of masters with IP addresses,
optional ports and optional TSIGs. Then per-zone configurations can use
that name if desired or use the specific settings.

This is required since currently you can't have different masters for
 different zones.

 For background see
 https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/bind10-dev/2011-May/002235.html

See #811 is also about TSIG.
