 tomek and I discussed on Monday to rename BIND 10's libdhcp to libdhcp++.
 This name already has historical use for a C library. (We had this same
 discussion a couple years ago for libdns++ also.) For the latest release
 announcement, it was called "libdhcp++".

 (Let's also change the name in Trac "Component" also and in wiki
 references.)
