 After the release of phase 1 of the [wiki:DHCPGrandPlan DHCP Grand Plan],
 review the design of the libDHCP based on implementation experience.  It
 may be that there is an opportunity to break it down into a finer-grain
 class structure to allow for easier expansion in the future.
