 If a message contains `'needs-answer': true`, the message queue needs to
 track
 the message and the answer to it. If the recipient does not send an answer
 and
 disconnects, or if a (configurable, with large default) timeout happens,
 the
 recipient should be notified by an error. This will help remove the
 tracking of
 timeouts from all modules and also make them centrally configurable.
 Majority
 of the error cases will be solved without timeouts.
