 Does this ticket intend to actually collect per zone statistics,
 or is this just a configuration update?

 Also, I'm not sure if this is a good configuration interface.  In BIND
 9, we don't specify particular zones to collect per zone statistics.
 Adding this ability basically means richer functionality, so it could
 be considered a plus, but is this based on user requirement or
 limitation at our side (e.g. the lack of an interface to get a list of
 zones)?  If it's the latter, I'd like to consider the design first
 rather than adding a feature in an ad hoc manner.
