 Indeed, in BIND 9, we cannot limit zones to collect per-zone statistics.
 In case an authoritative servers holds a large number of zones, it dumps
 (I guess) hundreds of megabytes of XML file. I'd like to introduce the
 configuration interface to specify zones which operators really want to
 collect per-zone statistics. We can collect per-zone statistics for all
 zones with specifying all zones in 'statistics_zones'.
