 To me the most useful configuration addition would be the ability to
 disable the response to a version query, something like
 "Auth/enable_version_query false boolean (default)".

 A second addition, less useful to me, would be to be able to specify the
 response to the version query: "Auth/version_query_text
 "bind10-devel-20120119" string (default)". The default would be the actual
 bind10 version number of the server.

 With both of these in place, the feature would be consistent with bind9.
