 Since some external libraries cause build issues that hit -Wall/extran
 and -Werror, and since some versions of compilers have bugs that raise
 a false warning that could also break build, maybe we should consider
 adding a ./configure switch to suppress -Werror.

 We should never use that internally, but that may help external users
 when the issue is outside of BIND 10.
