 I am going to say:

   * The current naming is just fine
   * Operator overloading is evil
   * Optimization is being handled in other contexts right now

 And close the ticket.

 If anyone wants to re-open, that is okay, or perhaps better to create a
 new ticket or two with only a single issue in each.
