 Another branch for the ticket is ready (in `trac1976-cont-2`). It
 continues where the previous one ended. It revives the `loadzone` command
 of the auth server. It still isn't everything, I still need to modify all
 the system tests to use new configuration, but I hope it shouldn't take
 long.
