Comment (by muks):

 Due to necessity in lettuce tests, `also-notify` was implemented when
 fixing bug #2025. It is now in master. It takes a list of `address` and
 `port` pairs as secondaries to notify.

 I don't know if the scope of this bug is larger than that, but if
 address+port is sufficient, please close this bug too.
