 Not really checked, but I suspect its
 addRecordToZone/deleteRecordInZone currently doesn't work for NSEC3
 because it's in a different table.  Without doing this correctly, xfrin
 wouldn't be able to handle incoming transfer for an NSEC3-signed zone
 correctly.
