 Hello

 I didn't find anything important, just the combination of refused vs.
 denied is little bit confusing:

 LIBDDNS_UPDATE_REFUSED update client %1 for zone %2 denied
 }}}
 I'll leave it up to you if you want to unify it to something, I just
 wanted to point it out. With or without the change, I think it can be
 merged.
