 It's a testing tool, so not a dependency in the same way as the
 libraries we use.

 AIUI, we worked with the Botan developers, and it no longer requires
 Python 2. There should be no requirement on Python 2 for anyone using
 BIND 10.

 Probably never noticed, as all of the developer have these. :)
