 The DHCP code currently writes messages to stdout.  All output should be
 through the BIND 10 logging system, and message text abstracted into
 external ".mes" files.

 Note that logging '''should not''' be added to files in libdhcp++.  This
 library is intended to be used by stand-alone applications as well as BIND
 10.
