Comment (by shane):

 Based on the outcome of a bind10-dev discussion, the result is:

 * We will call the process "b10-init".
 * This process will live in the same directory as the other binaries
 $(libexecdir)/@PACKAGE@
 * We will create a "bind10" script which will live in the sbin directory
 which will run that executable.
