 I reported problem to dblatex mailing list, but no response yet. I may
 create a defect ticket for them too.

 I made a branch, trac2771. My commit
 334cb51d057d58fc24049e8605a136096be8dc3f workarounds problem by converting
 HTML-style tables to docbook.

 But that introduced a new problem: dblatex is putting the huge table on
 one page. I need to solve that. As a workaround, I could split the long
 table up manully into a few different tables.
