 I did the workaround and split the long table.  See  commit
 58ad4fd28118d01c5207fcb00422f3a88e50cfab.

 Okay for me to merge this to master?

 I don't think a changelog is required since we didn't ship a pdf file and
 I don't think anyone noticed.
