 This is a catch-all ticket for various suggested Hooks related
 improvements.
 It contains a list of usability improvements that are not critical.

 Work on this ticket should not start until we have some hooks implemented
 and broader review (preferably external) is completed.

 Proposals:
 1. registerStandardCallouts() should count number of registered callouts
 and complain if there were none and there is no load() function. Also make
 sure that the logging is capable of showing what was registered (to ease
 debugging).
