Comment:

 I hope I have sufficiently addressed the issues raised now:

 * `PyObjectContainer` is now used. It still requires a bit of careful
 reference handling as Python steals our references sometimes, but I think
 the code is correct.

 * We check for `SEGMENT_UNUSED` directly in
 `ConfigurableClientList_getStatus()`.

 * The `ZoneWriter` documentation has been updated as suggested to remove
 references to `catch_load_error`.
