 Scons is nice and user friendly. It, however, has one serious drawback. It
 is very slow. Not that make calling itself recursively on each directory
 would be blazingly fast, but I heard you can have a project where make
 terminates immediately when there's nothing to recompile, while scons
 takes several seconds to discover that.
