Comment:

 I do run external msgq process, but I decided not to do it as part of
 lettuce.
 This is mostly because testing it with python unittest seemed much simpler
 and
 the tests are lightweight enough and fast, so it should be no problem.

 No error cases, etc. are tested, since these are ticket #1928 and #1929.

 I don't think this needs a changelog entry, since there's no change in the
 real
 code, only more tests.
