 This really seems like a Botan problem. Recent (1.8.14) Botan and gcc
 4.8.1 are just fine. What do we want bind10 to do? It is my uneducated
 opinion is that we should check for this and produce an error message
 encouraging the user to upgrade Botan and instruct them as to the --with-
 botan-config option.
