 `trac3239` and `trac3239_2` are not okay. They fail tests.

 Only `trac3239_3` was put up for review.

 tomek: Please can you verify if the messages that bindctl prints now are
 satisfactory and are a suitable fix for this ticket? The BIND 10 guide was
 also updated to describe the data types.
