Comment:

 Yes, I confirm. The error message is clear and very helpful.
 I particularly like the fact that the error is printed out as soon as the
 command
 is entered, not during config commit. It is now obvious what had caused
 the error and how to correct that.

 From my perspective it is ready to merge. Thanks a lot for taking care of
 this ticket.
