New description:

This task is to add ./configure time options to select features to build
 and install.

For example, DHCP only does not need botan.

Some examples are in this thread
 https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/bind10-dev/2012-September/003799.html and
 others.

I am fine with changing experimental-resolver to resolver.

 I made one change:
 2464c7fdee9af6c025c2807d9c67ab541ba7d08e
sorted the individual components in the help string
     and changed dns_libraries to dnslibs

I am taking this ticket for further review. I will provide feedback when
 done testing all options.

Comment:

 I am testing trac2367_v2 branch.

If --enable-components="junk" doesn't exist, it doesn't complain and will
 build defaults.

We need to document the defaults.

I believe the defaults should not include the DNS servers nor the DHCP
 servers.
